PEN members now have the convenience of 24/7 online ordering of frames and contact lenses.
This new feature will save you time and money, plus provide you with proprietary reports to help you better manage your practice.
Browse Frames … Select the manufacturer and collection, then view either the entire collection or an individual style.
Bulk Order Frames … Quickly place your order for frames you already know you want to order. Using the intuitive interface, simply select the manufacturer, collection, style, and color/eye size, and add to your cart.
Contact Lens Ordering Utility … This tool leads you through the contact lens ordering process. Start by selecting the manufacturer and product, and then enter prescription information.
Shopping Cart … Access by clicking on “Shopping Cart” in the red PEN Member Menu at the top or by using the “Bulk Order Frames Utility.” Within the cart, you can update quantities, remove items, or save an item as a “Favorite.”
Online Order History … Access details of previous orders placed online.
Favorites … This tool is best used for items you order on a recurring basis. Access by clicking on “Favorites” in the red PEN Member Menu or, if you are in the “Shopping Cart,” click on “Favorites” in the left navigation. From your Favorites page, click “Add” to add the item to your cart, and then update the quantity before submitting.
Please note: Orders placed online with frame vendors 1) that you do not have an account with or 2) with an account you have not transferred to PEN -- will be treated in the shopping cart as a new account request. You will be given the opportunity to either request an account or remove the item before submitting your order.
