  • Staff/doctor time required to process Medicare claims will be reduced by utilizing PEN's simplified claim form instead of the lengthy HCFA 1500 form.
  • Our proprietary computer system provides automatic on-line edits, reducing transcription and clerical errors. Practices are notified if a pattern of billing errors is detected.
  • Practices do not need to have a computer, modem or fax to participate in this service. .A majority of secondary carrier claims will be crossed over automatically.
  • You can submit all services and materials claims on the same claim form and PEN will separate the claims once received.*

$2.95 per claim (PEN members $2.75)
$15.00 flat rate charge if submitting less than 5 claims (Non-PEN members only)
